Tasks of each position
President
-oversee the entire club operations, set club's rules, policies and plans.
Vice-President
-oversee the club's administrative operations
-assist President to his duties.
Secretary
-take down notes during fortnight meetings.
-takes down attendance and update the attendance list.
Treasurer
-collect money from members for any events related with money.
Training Coordinator
-in charge of the club's training operations and structure.
Logistics Officer
-take down training equipments for every training sessions
-take note on whether a replacement of equipments should be needed or not.
-have the right to order members to help them bringing down equipments for training.
Publicity Officer
-in charge of publicity operations and also update the CCA's blog.
Event Organiser
-organise events for CCA.
-prepare proposals for every events and forward them to President/Vice-President.
-complete the CCA activity forms for every events.
